[:fi]29.9.2014 toteutetulla yritysjärjestelyllä Miilux Oy on hankkinut osake-enemmistön Kestotec Oy:stä. Kestotec Oy:n muina osakkaina jatkavat Mikko Harjula ja Harri Hutka.
Yritysjärjestelyjen myötä Miiluxin ja Kestotecin yhteistyö syvenee entisestään. Yritysten erilaiset lähtökohdat täydentävät toisiaan ja yhdessä yritykset muodostavat Suomen suurimpiin kuuluvan infra-alaa ja kaivosteollisuutta palvelevan kokonaisuuden.
